Graduated on 1987 from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez, with a degree on Industrial Engineering. Worked 5 years (1987-1993) on Digital Equipment Corp. in San German, Puerto Rico. On April 1993 moved to Insulation Specialties; worked on the Estimating department. After 9 months he took charge his father position as Operations Manager. In 2004 Victor Lezcano became a stockholder and President for the corporation.
